Who we are
Manage Deals is operated by Manage Deals Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Cremer Business Centre, 37 Cremer St, London E2 8HD. You can reach us at hello@manage.deals.
What data we collect
We collect the information you provide when you sign up (name, email address) and data you create inside the product (deal records, pipeline stages, tasks, contracts, invoices, and email thread metadata). When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID — we do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services beyond basic profile information. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and debugging.
How we use it
We use your data solely to provide and improve Manage Deals. Specifically: to authenticate you, to operate your workspace, to send transactional emails (invite links, payment receipts), and to run Ask Pipe AI queries against your own workspace data only. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address via OAuth 2.0. We use this only to create and identify your account. We do not request access to any Google APIs beyond authentication scopes (email, profile, openid). We do not store your Google credentials. You can revoke our access at any time via your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Data sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) under data processing agreements. We do not share your deal data with other users or third parties except where required by law. We never sell your personal data.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Email hello@manage.deals and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy
Manage Deals is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
